35th Annual Historic Festival
at Lime Rock Park in Lakeville, CT
August 31 - September 4
The Historic Festival is four days of vintage car racing, a car show, and a car auction. Lime Rock Park is celebrating its 60th Anniversary in 2017!
September 3rd - Sunday in the Park – Gathering of the Marques:
Fiat Club America is participating again this year in Sunday's Gathering of the Marques as part of the Sunday in the Park – Car Show on the Track. There is no extra charge to participate in the Gathering of the Marques and park your car on the track as part of the Italian Car Section. You only have to buy a General Admission ticket (See the guidance for buying tickets below. Note that tickets are discounted if purchased online by 11:59 PM on August 25th. By 9:00 AM, enter the Main Gate Entrance for the Infield, bear right following signs for "Gathering of the Marques" (do not pass through ticket booths). Track staff will collect your General Admission ticket and direct you onto the track.
Monday September 4th – Italian Car Corral and Historic Races at Lime Rock Park:
Fiat Club America has been coordinating the Italian Car Corral for 24 years. You need to buy both a General Admission ticket to enter the Track and an Italian Car Corral Parking Pass to park your car in the Corral. Enter the Main Infield Gate, pass over the bridge to the infield, and look for signs for the Italian Car Corral.
The first 50 cars to arrive on Monday in the Italian Car Corral will take part in the Parade Laps, which will occur during the lunch break. Aim to arrive well before 9:30 AM to avoid spectator traffic. You can buy discounted spectator tickets online by August 25th. Discounted online Italian Car Corral Italian Car Corral. On the day of the event, you can buy Italian Car Corral parking passes at the Track Will Call shed next to the Main Gate Entrance.

The Vintage Race Car & Sports Car Parade is on Thursday, August 31, leaving Lime Rock Park at 4 p.m. and ending in a street fair in Falls Village with singers, local business vendors and a fun party atmosphere. To apply to participate in the parade, check the Lime Rock website for an application.
Racing action on Friday, Saturday and Monday:
o Practice & Qualifying is Friday, September 1
o The first race day (nine race groups for a total of 18 races) is Saturday, September 2
o The second race day (nine race groups for a total of 18 races) is Monday, September 4
o The Honored Guest for Historic Festival 35 is Richard Attwood, winner at Le Mans in a Porsche 917K
o Our Honored Collector for 2017 is Bruce Meyer, noted automotive collector and Founding Chairman of the Petersen Automotive Museum. He will be bringing four vehicles:

§ 1932 Ford "Doane Spencer" Roadster (possibly the most famous hot rod in the world)

o Our special racing feature is the Formula Junior Diamond Jubilee, a celebration of the Formula Junior series with two full race groups running throughout the weekend

Sunday in the Park: Concours d'Elegance and Gathering of the Marques takes place on September 3
o There will be an Italian Car section as well as a Ferrari section in Gathering of the Marques, for parking on the race track. All that is required to park in either of those sections is a general admission ticket for the driver and any guests.
